Aspen Horse Front - Fully Lined - Comstock 6 D - Seconds!

Aspen is a newly developed, double-front horsehide leather, tanned and finished Chicago, IL by Horween. It is a full-grain, 100% vegetable tanned leather in a 4-5oz. weight, making it a little thinner than our standard boot thickness. Because of this, every pair will be fully lined with a 2-3oz natural leather.
While inspired by the classic European “Vachetta” style, which is smooth and firm, Aspen offers a distinctly American twist. It is much softer, with a round hand and a natural light pebbling. The surface is finished with a light glaze that gives the hides a rich lustre with some extra shine.

Due to a small tear in the lining, This boot has been promoted to our “seconds” program where character matters more than perfection. Still fully functional, just carrying a little extra personality on the inside.
